1. What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone, company), listings and photos you post, buyer contact lists you upload, messages and offers sent through the platform, payment records (handled by our payment processor; we never see your full card number), and basic usage data like log-ins and pages viewed.

2. How we use it

To run DealDeck: show listings, match buy boxes, deliver messages and texts, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Text messaging privacy

Phone numbers and SMS consent are used only to deliver the messages you request or that a seller you engaged with sends you. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to any message to opt out permanently; reply HELP for help.

4. When we share

Only with service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, image storage, payment processing, SMS delivery), when the law requires it, or in a business transfer. Buyer lists you upload stay in your company's workspace; other companies cannot see them.

5. Retention and security

We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal and audit purposes (opt-out records are kept permanently so we never text someone who said stop). Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, and access is limited to what the service needs.

6. Your choices

You can edit your profile any time, opt out of texts by replying STOP, and request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing support@dealdeck.app. DealDeck is for adults 18 and over; we do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way we will post the update here with a new date. Continued use of DealDeck means you accept the updated policy.
