1. What DealDeck is
DealDeck is a marketplace that connects real estate deal sellers (wholesalers and investors) with buyers. Sellers list off-market deals; buyers browse, favorite, message, and make offers. DealDeck is a software platform. We are not a real estate broker, agent, lender, or law firm, and nothing on DealDeck is legal, financial, or investment advice.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your password safe. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
3. Listings and deals
Sellers are solely responsible for their listings: the accuracy of numbers, photos, and descriptions, and for having the legal right to market and assign each deal. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence. Every transaction happens directly between buyer and seller; DealDeck is not a party to any contract between users and does not guarantee any deal, price, assignment, or closing.
4. Text messaging (SMS blasts)
Sellers can send text messages to buyers through the platform using credits. By using SMS features you agree to follow all applicable laws, including the TCPA and CTIA guidelines. You confirm you have the required consent to text every contact you upload or message. Messages send only between 8 AM and 9 PM in the recipient's local time, first messages include opt-out instructions, and recipients who reply STOP are permanently suppressed platform-wide. Message and data rates may apply to recipients. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Credits and payments
Credits are prepaid units used to send texts (1 credit per message segment). Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are non-refundable, except that credits for messages that fail to send are automatically returned to your wallet. Subscription plans renew until cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never store your full card number.
6. What you can't do
No spam or unlawful messaging, no false or misleading listings, no harassment, no scraping or bulk-exporting other users' data, no reverse engineering, no using DealDeck to break any law. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section without notice.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give DealDeck a license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to run the service (for example, showing your listing to buyers or sending your message to your selected audience).
8. Disclaimers and liability
DealDeck is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost deals. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Questions: support@dealdeck.app.
